Sigma Phi Epsilon Student Code of Conduct The Dean of Students Office has received an official complaint alleging the involvement of Sigma Phi Epsilon having hard alcohol during a registered alcohol-free event on September 23, 2023. Effective immediately Sigma Phi Epsilon is placed on a Social Events Suspension. This suspension has been imposed pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation due to the determination that your organization poses a significant risk to the safety of members within the university community. Organizations on Loss of Recognition Status

Unfortunately, some fraternities/sororities engage in behaviors inconsistent with the expectations and policies of the institution and/or national organization. The University of Arizona urges students and their family members to learn more about groups currently functioning without university recognition. Those with concerns regarding activities of these organizations should contact the Dean of Students Office.
