Graduate Leadership Development Intern
  • Co-design and facilitate the Hard Skills: Leadership Development Series or Advocates for National Greek Leadership & Education (ANGLE) in collaboration with the Senior Coordinator. 

  • Serve as a co-facilitator and logistics coordinator for Great Greek Weekend, including curriculum support and on-site leadership engagement. 

  • Plan and implement Academic Chair Workshops, including curriculum development focused on scholarship enhancement, academic accountability, and chapter-based success strategies. 

  • Provide on-site support including but not limited to Greek Speak, Greek or Treat, and Greek Awards in partnership with FSP, Order of Omega, and campus partners to ensure a safe and engaging experience for attendees. 

  • Develop and facilitate workshops on topics such as officer transitions, values-based leadership, inclusive leadership practices, conflict management, and goal setting. 

  • Assist with benchmarking fraternity and sorority leadership initiatives against national best practices, identifying areas of growth and innovation to strengthen the overall student leadership experience.  

  • Support individual student leader development through one-on-one meetings and leadership coaching conversations. 

  • Assist with officer onboarding and transition processes, including creating resources and training development materials. 

  • Serve as a positive representative of Fraternity and Sorority Programs.
