1. Kappa Sigma Fraternity Headquarters imposed sanctions

2. Activities Suspension - Activities suspension prohibits hosting, attending, participating, and sponsoring any organizational activities. Club business meetings are the only allowed activities during this suspension. new member activities are allowed during the fall activities suspension.

3. Alcohol Education - Kappa Sigma will work with Marcos Guzman to schedule comprehensive alcohol education and event management education implementation. Guzman will work with Trustee on timeframe and completion. Please let the DOS know in advance if the deadline needs to be extended into spring to address all the chapter needs.

4. Follow up Meeting - Kappa Sigma will meet with DOS and FSP in both December 2017 and March 2018 to discuss progress, role of Trustee and next steps. Toward chapter success.

5. Community Service - Kappa Sigma will make an effort to restore their relationship with the University of Arizona Police Department. Recognizing the overwhelming impact of this event on campus safety, Kappa Sigma must reflect on the needs of our campus community beyond the chapter. In order to do so, hearing from our critical partners in UAPD is a necessary step to this restorative process. DOS will assist in connecting Kappa Sigma to UAPD leadership to discuss where to begin.

  3. Sigma Alpha Epsilon must provide the Greek Standards Board with a written reflection on why the chapter felt it was okay to openly serve and provide alcohol to minors and why they now know that it is wrong. This letter will be written on behalf of the President and Events Planner.

a. If all members complete this program by Friday, Novemeber 24th at 5pm with the completion letter documentation provided from each member is turned in to the Greek Standards Board box in the FSP office, the Suspension of Events with Alcohol can be reconsidered to be lifted at this 4-week mark.

3. Sigma Phi Epsilon must have their current Risk Manager present their transition manual to the Greek Standards Board focusing on how the position will be further improved and properly transitioned to the new Risk Manager. This presentation will take place on Wednesday, Novemeber 15th at 5pm.

2. Zeta Beta Tau's Risk Manager, with executive board oversight, will create a comprehensive presentation on the Events with Alcohol Policy. This presentation will be offered to and reviewed by the Greek Standards Board for accuracy and feedback. Once reviewed, the presentation will then be offered to the entire chapter of ZBT members.

3. Zeta Beta Tau will invite their chapter UAPD liaison to a chapter meeting to discuss safe and reasonable conduct and building mutual respect between the chapter and UAPD officers in managing risk and maintaining campus safety.

4. Your organization is required to take, in consultation with the Fraternity and Sorority Programs staff, the Alcohol.edu module with 100 % documented attendance of the organization members.

2. Zeta Psi must give a formal presentation to the Greek Standards Board on the new implementation of the chain of command for Risk Management, what procedures to follow, who to notify, and all relevant information on how the chapter plans to prevent this incident occurring again. This presentation will begiven to the Greek Standards Board on Wednesday, November 8th at 6pm.

3. Zeta Psi must have the Buzz present to the entire chapter before Wednesday, Novemeber 8th. After the presentation is given, we ask that a member representative from each class within Zeta Psi present to the Greek Standards Board on what they learned from the presentation. This presentation will also take place on Wednesday, Novemeber 8th at 6pm.
